1. In your basket add all the sessions of your choice, for all individual children to be enrolled, at all Centre for Scientific Living involved. (At this stage you do not yet need to specify the name(s) of your children.),
2. If you already know your host organization, in this same basket you can also reserve your children’s places for all transportation entailed or you can return later to the transportation page and take care of this in a new, separate order,
3. If you wish to have cancellation insurance for your camps, you can add that for every participant, as well,
4. As soon as you receive a confirmation of your order, places are instantly reserved for your children in the camps specified, as well as for the accompanying transportation you stipulated.
5. 3 methods of payment are offered :
   1. By bank card (total amount)
   2. By bank payment (total amount)
   3. By check : in 1, 2 or 3 installments, as you prefer. If you choose to pay in installments, you must draft your first cheque for one third of the total amount of your order, which we will deposit in the bank as soon as we receive it in the mail ; and when you prepare the other cheque(s), in the amount(s) of your choice, on the back of the cheque(s) indicate the date you wish to have it/them deposited ; the date of deposit for the last cheque must be no more than 20 days before the beginning of the camp. These deposit dates will be honoured by our administrative personnel, and if a change of date is needed for one reason or another we will first contact you, by email or telephone, before changing any deposit date(s).

      If you use CAF (Caisses d’Allocations Familiales) vouchers, or vacation-assistance cheques... then you must indicate “payment by cheque” and enclose these vouchers in the same mailing, accompanied by the outstanding balance, in one or more cheques as indicated above.

6. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by email, then a form to fill out in the privacy of your home to give us all the details about your children in order to best prepare the camps for their stay. (It is in this document that you will specify the first and LAST NAMES of every child, her or his favourite activities, your mailing address, and your telephone number(s)...) .
7. If you have even the least concern or unresolved question before proceeding to the reservation of your camps, please communicate with us using the contact information given.
