Home > Useful Information > A typical day and program

One of the permanent features that guarantees a good atmosphere and holiday is our use of the well-known typical holiday schedule.

You will find below an example chart used by each of our sciences educators to put together an enjoyable stay.

Moreover, the NGO Objectif Sciences has developed a specific program that ensures these stays are very pleasant and that educators, parents and participants get the best possible recreational, scientific and educational benefits.

Program of your stay

One of the strong points of a stay like this is the teaching approach of co-cooperation WITH the participants (see the article “The Concept”). Wanting to propose a set program for each activity both enables activism and ensures that these stays are of a better quality than if they were led, on the other hand, by the participants’, educators’ and parents’ initiatives...

The program of your stay is thus based, on one hand, on the FINAL PROJECT of each stay, and on the other hand on the methods of education that have been developed by the NGO and which have proven their worth on every occasion.

Here is how your stay will take place :

Sunday afternoon : arrival and welcome of participants and their parents

Sunday evening : welcome and first evening event of icebreakers and games

Monda morning : 1st scientific activity of the stay: “contact!” activity

Monday and Tuesday : Games, Sports, Evening events and Scientific “Discovery”, then “Deepening” Scientific Activities. These scientific activities, with every finer detail finalised by our leisure and science Science La science est désormais l’affaire de tous. Découvrez la science d’une manière ludique et active. Nous vous proposons d’en découvrir plus sur nos expéditions à la voile, découverte du plancton. camp specialists, allow all participants to embark on the central scientific project of the stay.

Wednesday morning : Launch of the “Project”, and of course, there are always sports, culture and nature activities as well as evening entertainment. On average, there are 2 scientific activities for every 2 sports, leisure or entertainment activities per day, in addition to free, quiet or personal time and meals.

The following few days : Scientific “Project” activities, sports and leisure activities.

Final Friday of the stay : In the evening, there is a dance party!

Final Saturday of the stay: Retransmission organised by the participants, exhibition for the 7-12-year-olds, and conferences for the 13-18-year-olds. Parents are very welcome to watch, listen, learn and ask questions!

Final Sunday morning : Departure from the Centre, parents are welcome to collect the participants.
