A stay in the mountains that warms the legs on skis is good. A stay in the mountains that warms the legs and the brain at the same time is even better!

Ce séjour est l’occasion d’en apprendre plus sur la neige, sa formation et ses propriétés.

To satisfy the needs of children for physical activity, fun and discovery of the world, Objectif Sciences International offers a stay in the mountains during the end of year holidays and in February. Open to children as young as 7 years old and for the whole family, the Ski and Snow Crystals trip offers a unique alternative to the classic winter vacation activities!

Young and old alike will have a blast in the snow, whether it’s sliding down the slopes or building the biggest igloo ever. Those who have never skied before or who want to improve their skills, especially the little ones, will have the opportunity to take lessons with the Swiss Ski School as part of the stay.

Otherwise, exploration of the mountain in search of wildlife tracks, or the discovery of the innumerable structures that snowflakes can take and the why and how of their formation (otherwise known as nivology, the science Science La science est désormais l’affaire de tous. Découvrez la science d’une manière ludique et active. Nous vous proposons d’en découvrir plus sur nos expéditions à la voile, découverte du plancton. of snow) are also part of this journey of wonder.
The icing on the cake is at night: participants will have the opportunity to use the telescope of the Saint Luc observatory to admire the stars...

Finally, as always with Objectif Sciences International, the stay is equipped with a long-term research project. Here, the goal is to create an encyclopedia of snowflakes to facilitate future research in snowmaking!

We look forward to meeting our snowmen this 2022 season!
